For one night only, we’re leaning fully into pink.
In collaboration with Vine Trail, join us for a four-course dinner celebrating rosé in all its forms. Think pink food, pink wines, pink surroundings and a slightly rosier outlook on life by the end of the evening. You’ll have a chef serving up your supper tableside from our pink aga, plus a dedicated Willy’s server to look after you and keep the rosé flowing.
The menu moves through summer flavours and seasonal produce, paired with a line-up of rosés including rosé Champagne and a Bandol from Provence.
